1.Slip on Flange

Slip on Flange is a national standard flange (also known as GB flange) One of the manifestations, is the equipment or pipe one of the common flange.
Advantages: It is convenient to install on site, and can omit the operation procedure of weld clap and rub injury.
Disadvantages: The neck height is lower and the stiffness and bearing capacity of flange are improved.
Compared with the butt welding flange, the welding work is heavy, the electrode consumption is high, which cannot withstand high temperature and pressure and repeated bending and temperature fluctuation.

2.Weld Neck Flange

The sealing surfaces of the neck butt weld flange are: Surface (RF), concave (FM), Convex (M), Tenon face (T), Groove surface (G), full plane (FF).
Advantages: The connection is not easy to deform, the sealing effect is good, the application is widespread, is suitable for the temperature or the pressure large fluctuation pipeline or the high temperature, the high pressure and the low temperature pipeline, also uses in transporting the expensive medium, the flammable explosive medium, the poisonous gas pipeline
Disadvantages: With neck butt welding flange is bulky, heavy weight, expensive, installation positioning is difficult. So it’s easier to bump in transit.

3.Socket Flange

The socket welding flange is a bolted flange connected to the other end of the pipe.
Sealing surface form: Surface (RF), concave-convex surface (MFM), tenon groove surface (TG), Ring Junction (RJ)
Application scope: Boiler pressure vessels, petroleum, chemical, shipbuilding, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, machinery, stamping elbow food and other industries.
Commonly used in pn≤10.0mpa,dn≤40 pipelines.

4. Threaded Flagne

The threaded flange is a kind of non welded flange, which is to process the inner hole of the flange into pipe thread and connect with the pipe with thread.
Advantages: It is a peaceful welding flange or butt flange compared to the thread flange with the installation and maintenance of convenient features, can be used in some of the site is not allowed to weld the pipeline.
Alloy steel Flange has enough strength, but not easy to weld, or welding performance is not good, can also choose threaded flange.
Disadvantages: It is recommended that no threaded flange be used to avoid leakage when the pipe temperature changes sharply or the temperature is above 260 ℃ below 45 ℃.

5. Lap joint Flange

Lap joint Flange is able to move the flange, generally supporting in the water supply and drainage accessories, factory factory telescopic joints at both ends of each have a piece of flange, directly with the project pipeline, equipment with bolted connection.

6.Blind Flange
